Terms and Conditions

  • Client must call or email in for services included in the membership.
  • All services included must be used within the membership term of 1 Year.
  • Membership will automatically renew until client contacts Black Forest Plumbing Inc to cancel.
  • The 10% discount off all Invoices can be used up to a maximum of $500 per job.
  • Main Sewer camera. The sewer must have a 4-inch accessible clean-out. Maximum 100’ inspection.
  • Annual Furnace cleaning and inspection. Standard cleaning, no pulling off the blower fan.
  • Water test results can take up to 6 weeks to get back from lab.
  • Annual AC cleaning and tune-up: Freon top-ups will be at an additional charge.
  • Any extra repairs will be at an additional cost to the client.
  • All additional work will be quoted out and approved prior to starting.
